Curfew ordinance, Multi-Family Property Tax Exemption Program, Foss Waterway height amendment proposal lead study session agenda

Members of the City Council are scheduled Oct. 23 to receive recommendations from the Curfew Advisory Panel regarding the City’s curfew ordinance that is set to expire at the end of December. Council members are also scheduled to hear a review from staff with the Community and Economic Development Department and a property counselor regarding the Multi-Family Property Tax Exemption Program in Mixed-Use Centers from its inception in 1996 to the present. As a third item on the agenda, CED staff will provide an overview to the Council on the proposed amendments to the building height regulations in the S-8 Thea Foss Shoreline District.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
