Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution Aug. 16 that would authorize a 20-year marina lease agreement with one 10-year extension between the Foss Waterway Development Authority and Foss Waterway Management, LLC. The agreement would involve City Marina on the east side of the waterway, Dock Street Marina in front of the Museum of Glass and the transient float at 15th Street.
