City Council members are scheduled to hear a presentation about the Annual Action Plan for 2006-2007 which is part of the Citys Consolidated Plan that determines how funds are used for housing, community and economic development activities, and for human services within the city. The session is scheduled to include recommendations for the allocation of funds from federal programs such as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership and Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG). The Council will not take public comment during the study session. CityPost (Channel 85 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast) will air the audio portion of the session live.
