Tacoma voters may have a second chance to vote on the $45 million Tacoma Dome renovation and improvement bond. The City Council is scheduled Nov. 8 to hear the final reading of an ordinance that would place the bond measure on a special election ballot Feb. 7. More than 60 percent of voters in the September primary election approved the same Tacoma Dome renovation measure, but the total number of voters in that election did not meet the threshold to validate the bond measure.
