City of Tacoma Second Notice of Public Hearing November 20, 2013 Please be advised that the City Council at the business meeting of Tuesday, November 19, 2013, continued the public hearing on the surplus and proposed sale of 27,499 square feet of Tacoma Water property located at 7704 6th Avenue, to David A Sizemore, in the amount of $22,500 to Tuesday, November 26, 2013. This hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Tacoma, Washington. All persons will have an opportunity to present their oral comments at the meeting. Sizemore of property owned by the City of Tacoma, Tacoma Public Utilities, Water Division (d.b.a. Tacoma Water). Tacoma Water originally acquired the property in 1965 in order to construct a low service reservoir in anticipation of area growth; the infrastructure was never needed nor was the parcel utilized.
