Submittals in response to a RFP will be recorded as received. As soon as possible, after 1:00 PM, on the day of submittal deadline, preliminary results will be posted to www.TacomaPurchasing.org.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.

Project Scope: The City is requesting proposals for the supply of one (1) battery monitoring system that will continuously monitor and provide battery health status for the Energy Control Center (ECC) 480VDC battery bank. Installation of the equipment will be performed by the City with guidance from the Supplier. The Supplier shall provide startup, testing and commissioning services and certify equipment for operation upon completion.
