City of Tacoma RFP Notice for Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) Inspection Services The Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority (TCRA) is seeking proposals with price quotes from qualified firms and organizations that possess demonstrated experience providing residential property inspections in accordance with Federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) protocols. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis in support of TCRA affordable housing activities to include single family residence programs and multi-family projects. Funding resources for these programs/projects will include federal CDBG and HOME funds, as well as other resources such as low income housing tax credits, State affordable housing trust funds, bank loans and private investor capital. Submissions are due on or before Monday, October 7th, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. PST at the TCRA offices.
