LEGAL NOTICE
CITY OF TACOMA, WASHINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, July 15, 2025, passed the following resolutions. The summary of the contents of said resolutions consisting of the titles, is as follows: Resolution No. 41716 A resolution setting Tuesday, July 29, 2025, upon completion of Regular Agenda Items, no earlier than 5:15 p.m., as the date for a public hearing by the City Council on the declaration of surplus and five-year lease of approximately 15.25 acres of Tacoma Rail property, located at 1738 Milwaukee Way, to the Northwest Seaport Alliance as licensee/agent of the Port of Tacoma, for the amount of $100,000 per month, plus eight percent for operating cost recovery and annual Consumer Price Index adjustments for an intermodal facility, commencing on September 1, 2025.
Resolution No. 41717 A resolution setting Tuesday, August 12, 2025, upon completion of Regular Agenda Items, no earlier than 5:15 p.m., as the date for a public hearing by the City Council on the proposed amendments to the South Tacoma Groundwater Protection District Code, as recommended by the Planning Commission.
