Submittals must be received by the City’s Procurement and Payables Division prior to 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. For electronic submittals, the City of Tacoma will designate the time of receipt recorded by our email,, as the official time of receipt. This clock will be used as the official time of receipt of all parts of electronic bid submittals.

Project Scope: Provide design support services for the Puyallup Avenue Transit/Complete Street Improvement Project. The services may include, but are not limited to, traffic data review/study, design of six traffic signal upgrades/one new traffic signal/bicycle signals, street/pedestrian scale lighting, landscaping, urban design/placemaking/wayfinding, structural, hydraulic and geotechnical services, bicycle facility design assistance, environmental pre-characterization/documentation and permitting, project phasing, traffic control plan development, right-of-way assistance, public involvement, cost estimating, constructability review, and bidding and construction support.

Estimate: $1,000,000-$1,200,000
