Development and Organizational Change Management for

GIS Modernization Project

Submittal Deadline: 11:00 a.m., Pacific Time, Tuesday, November 09, 2021

Submittals must be received by the City’s Procurement and Payables Division prior to 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.

Project Scope: The GIS Modernization project within Tacoma Power needs an Operational Change Management (OCM) resource to help guide the communication, training and business process migration for our organization during this project. This resource will provide strategic direction and planning, working with resources both internal to the organization and external vendors to implement these tasks.

Estimate: $400,000 – $490,000
