Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: The project consists of constructing a new pool addition for the Tacoma People's Community Center. The new pool addition is approximately 11,900 square feet. The project includes demolition of the existing pool structure and related site improvements.
