Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of constructing a standard HMA pavement for three alleys and a temporary street segment, and a pervious asphalt segment with infiltration gallery. The work also includes construction of storm sewers and sanitary sewers with associated structures. This construction job consists of a Local Improvement District and includes work on private properties per property owner agreements. Work on private properties includes but is not limited to individual driveway construction, specific removal of obstructions and vegetation per plans, and removal and construction of fences among other things.
