Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: The work to be performed under these specifications and contract provides for the planning, layout, wiring and activation of residential dwellings and multi-dwelling (MDU) complexes, within the service territory of Tacoma PowerClick! Network, on an on-call, as-needed basis. This work shall include installation of drop systems on private or public lands, and may be either aerial or underground construction. Under the supervision of City representatives, Contractor will interact with complex owners, managers, tenants, maintenance personnel and others responsible for complex wiring and activation. Contractors will play a significant role in determining wiring techniques and plans, resulting in clean and professional installations.
