Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to answer questions about this solicitation and any special or technical requirements. Project Scope: The scope of work generally consists of all general, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work needed to remove and replace the NETP ventilation system located in the Influent Pump Station wet well, dry wells, clarifier electrical and chemical rooms. All other work required to complete the NETP Ventilation Upgrade as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents.
