Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Room 148, Monday, February 22, 2016 at 1:30 pm. Project Scope: This Contract provides for improvement of the Prairie Line Trail and shall generally consist of creating a 1/3 of mile addition to the trail. The project will construct a 14 foot wide concrete shared used bike path for a ~1/6 of mile over former BNSF right of way from Pacific Avenue to 15th Street and then improve the sidewalk over the 15th Street Bridge down to Dock Street. In addition, the project will install lighting, benches, crosswalks, directional signage, plants, retaining walls and construct a storm water swale along Hood Street.
