Submittals in response to an RFP or RFQ are recorded as received but are not typically opened and read aloud. After 1:00 p.m. the day of bid opening, the names of vendors submitting proposals are posted to the website for public viewing. Project Scope: The City of Tacoma (City) is soliciting proposals for consulting services to perform pavement condition ratings and updates to the City's Pavement Management System. This survey will involve rating 100% of the roadway surface of approximately 783 centerline miles.
