Project Scope: The City of Tacoma will use a two-step procurement process to select a design-build contractor (Designer-Builder) to replace two sections of the Puyallup River Bridge F16A and B and potentially section F22. The issuance of this RFQ is part of the first step to solicit information from potential design-builders in the form of SOQs. The City will evaluate and score submitted SOQs to determine which Submitters are the most highly qualified to deliver the Project.
