Project Scope: The City of Tacoma Planning and Development Services Department (PDS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a customer flow, queuing, and scheduling management system for the Development Division that will efficiently move customers through the process of getting in line and routing the customer for desired services at the Permit Resource Center (PRC) and scheduling customers for pre-application meetings with Planning and Development staff.
