Project Scope: The objective of this solicitation is to contract with local a non-profit provider who will retain and manage a community advocate who will direct their efforts in case managing youth who are identified or suspected of being sexually exploited. Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children is a special Initiative in the Human Services Division, and the City of Tacoma is committed to contracting to provide the best care for these youth.
