City of Ruston Public Notice of Adoption ORDINANCE NO. 1470 AN ORDINANCE OF RUSTON, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AMENDING PROJECT PERMIT APPLICATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT, AMENDING SECTION 15.02.150 OF THE RUSTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO REFLECT CHANGES OF PROCEDURE WHEREBY THE DECISION MAKER FOR SEPA APPEALS IS THE CITY'S HEARING EXAMINER RATHER THAN THE CITY COUNCIL, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
