City of Ruston Notice of and Public Hearing The Planning Commission of the City of Ruston will hold a public hearing on May 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Ordinance No. 1405, regarding adoption of revised zoning definitions and amendments to allowable commercial uses in the COM and COM-P zones. All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.
