CITY OF FIRCREST PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF CODE AMENDMENTS RELATED TO THE SALE OF LIQUOR FOR ONPREMISE CONSUMPTION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fircrest Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 6, 2015, commencing at 6:00pm or soon thereafter, at the Fircrest City Hall, which is ADA accessible, to consider amendments to the Fircrest Municipal Code Section 22.46, Neighborhood Commercial District, relating to changes in development regulations governing the sale of liquor for onpremise consumption. Copies of the proposed amendments will be available on the City's website (www.cityoffircrest.net) and at City Hall. Written comment may also be sent in advance of the hearing to: Jeff Boers, Planning/Building Department. Citizens attending the public hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments.
