On April 20, members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled to receive an update from the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) regarding the countywide planning policies that underpin the Comprehensive Plans for Pierce County for the Growth Management Act (GMA) and the PSRC VISION 2040 regional planning policy document. As a second item on the agenda, City Council is scheduled to receive a presentation from the Information Technology Department regarding the department’s budget, services and goals. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
