Tacoma City Council is scheduled Feb. 8 to receive an update from the ‘Downtown: On the Go’ organization, which includes the City, Pierce Transit, the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce and 18 downtown businesses. The update will focus on how the group has been formalized and their work plan for 2011. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
