City Club’s January lunch program will be an opportunity to meet the newest members of the Tacoma City Council.
Lauren Walker and Marilyn Strickland, elected to the City Council Nov. 6, will be part of a Q & A forum Weds., Jan. 16, at the Landmark Convention Center’s Rooftop Garden Ballroom, 47 St. Helens Ave.
Strickland has been the development officer for the Tacoma Public Library, and Walker has been executive director of the Fair Housing Center of Washington.
