The proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Regulatory Code for 2005 that were originally scheduled to go before Council for first reading on Nov. 15 have been rescheduled to the City Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 8, in the Council Chambers of the Tacoma Municipal Building, First Floor, 747 Market St., starting at 5 p.m.
