The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber has received an Honor Award for Communications Excellence (ACE) by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) for its 2002 monthly newsletter, the Chamber Current.
The ACCE annually spotlights the Best of the Best in chamber communications nationwide at its NAMD/ACCE conference. The award was presented to Sonja Hall, Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber communications manager, on Aug. 9 in Denver, Colo.
I commend our communications manager, and graphic design staff for their efforts to significantly improve chamber communications this past year, said Chamber President and CEO David Graybill. We are proud to have them as an integral part of our chamber team.
The Chamber Current is circulated to 3,200 chamber members and Pierce County area leaders in commerce.
