Tacoma City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing Feb. 15 to hear testimony regarding the submittal of an application to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a $3,904,000 Section 108 loan to Horizon Holdings I, LLC, to assist with tenant improvements for Total Renal Care, Inc., dba DaVita; and amending the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development. The hearing will start at approximately 5:30 p.m. and will be held in the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building in the Council Chambers, 747 Market St.
