Wendt, Estate of Lance F. Wendt, Deceased and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Lance F. Wendt, Deceased, in the total judgment amount of $278,741.56, together with interest at a rate of 6.12500% per annum, $34.99 per diem from August 6, 2014 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 54 days elapsed from August 6, 2014 through the entry of judgment on September 29, 2014. Per diem interest in the amount of $34.99 multiplied by 54 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,889.46, which when added to the sum of $278,741.56 results in a total judgment amount of $280,631.02. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: THE WEST HALF OF LOTS 12, 13, AND 14, BLOCK 24, PROSPECT PARK ADDITION TO TACOMA, W.T., AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 2 OF PLATS, PAGE(S) 30, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON; EXCEPT THE WEST 5 FEET FOR ORCHARD STREET. SITUATE IN THE CITY OF TACOMA, COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 7030001607 and commonly known as: 5017 North 42nd Street, Tacoma, WA 98407 WHEREAS, on September 29, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the abovedescribed property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
