Feist, husband and wife, and against the real property in the amount of $168,329.25, plus interest at the rate of 6.00% per annum from July 18, 2014; which said Judgment is entered in Execution Docket of the Superior Court as Judgment Number 14-907060-9 and which there is now due and owing $168,329.25, not including post Judgment interest; and whereas the said Judgment is a foreclosure with an Eight (8) month redemption period, against the Defendants herein of a Deed of Trust on the following described property, situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, to-wit: UNIT B-38 NORTH FIRST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 8604150243, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY MAP AND PLANS RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 8604150244, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
