WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: The East 200 feet of the following described property: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of South Sheridan Avenue with extension of the center line of South 61st Street in Section 20, Township 20 North, Range 3 East of the W.M., in Pierce County, Washington; Thence South 185 feet to the true point of beginning; Thence continue South 68.27 feet to a point 85 feet North of the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the said Section; Thence West 625.25 feet to the Westerly line of said Subdivision; Thence North 68.87 feet to a point 507.69 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Subdivision; Thence East to the true point of beginning. Tax Parcel No. 0320203155 and commonly known as: 6116 South Sheridan Ave, Tacoma, WA 98408 WHEREAS, on April 21, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
