WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 9116, TACOMA LAND COMPANY'S SIXTH ADDITION TO TACOMA, W.T., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 2, 1889, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY AUDITOR, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON Tax Parcel No. 8935023480 and commonly known as: 4134 South Park Ave, Tacoma, WA 98418 WHEREAS, on April 21, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
