Arnold, Deceased and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Denise M. Arnold, Deceased in the total judgment amount of $208,421.97, together with interest at a rate of 7.50000% per annum, $30.87 per diem from March 27, 2014 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 25 days elapsed from March 28, 2014 through the entry of judgment on April 21, 2014. Per diem interest in the amount of $30.87 multiplied by 25 days results in additional interest in the amount of $771.75, which when added to the sum of $208,421.97 results in a total judgment amount of $209,193.72. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 9116, TACOMA LAND COMPANY'S SIXTH ADDITION TO TACOMA, W.T., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 2, 1889, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY AUDITOR, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON Tax Parcel No. 8935023480 and commonly known as: 4134 South Park Ave, Tacoma, WA 98418 WHEREAS, on April 21, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
