The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 13714 100th Avenue Northwest, Gig Harbor, WA 98329 for the total sum of $308,877.14 with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum beginning on February 27, 2015 until satisfied. The Property situated in PIERCE County, State of Washington, is legally described as: LOT 1 OF PIERCE COUNTY SHORT PLAT RECORDED ON FEBRUARY 22, 1993 UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 9302220176, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT AS DELINEATED ON SAID SHORT PLAT; EXCEPT THAT PORTION WITHIN SAID LOT 1. ALSO TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND UTILITIES AS SET FORTH IN "ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT" RECORDED JANUARY 11, 1971 UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 2375005 THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs.
