Ramento and Kathryn J. Ramento, In Rem, in the amount of $510,727.67, together with interest at a variable rate per annum, $64.89 per diem from April 3, 2013 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 23 days elapsed from April 3, 2013 through the entry of judgment on April 25, 2013. Per diem interest in the amount of $64.89 multiplied by 23 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,492.47, which when added to the sum of $510,727.67 results in a total judgment amount of $512,220.14. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 2 OF PIERCE COUNTY SHORT PLAT NO. 7912, ACCORDING TO THE MAP RECORDED JANUARY 8, 1979 IN VOLUME 31 OF SHORT PLATS, PAGE 89, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES, 30 FEET IN WIDTH, AS DELINEATED ON THE FACE OF SAID SHORT PLAT; EXCEPT THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN SAID LOT 2. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 0121115005 and commonly known as: 7602 73rd Street Court NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335 WHEREAS, on April 25, 2013, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property by sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
