The Property situated in PIERCE County, State of Washington, is legally described as: EAST 50 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF BLOCK 81, AMENDED MAP OF SECOND SCHOOL LAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF TACOMA, ACCORDING TO PLAT FILED FOR RECORD JULY 22, 1903 IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY AUDITOR, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs. MAKE RETURN HEREOF within sixty days of the date indicated below, showing you have executed the same.
