The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 710 Fifth Avenue NW, Puyallup, WA 98371, for the total sum of $171,404.85 with interest thereon at the rate of 5.560% per annum from January 27, 2012. The Property situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, is legally described as: THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 3, MILLER'S HOMESTEAD RESERVE ADDITION TO PUYALLUP, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 9 OF PLATS, PAGE 42, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs.
