("Plaintiff") against the Defendants Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Dolores J. Johnson; The Dolores Jean Johnson Living Trust; Ronald S. Johnson, individually and as successor trustee; Penelope J. Toth; Citibank USA, N.A.; Washington State Department of Social and Health Services; Occupants of the Premises; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint ("Defendants"). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 1625 Adams Street South, Tacoma, WA 98405, for the total sum of $225,271.37 with interest thereon at the rate of 2.170% per annum from February 22, 2012. The Property situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, is legally described as: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF A TRACT OF LAND 15 FEET WIDE DEEDED TO THE CITY OF TACOMA JUNE 5, 1926 BY LINAS J. BERG AND GURINE M.
