The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 2336 South Ash Street, Tacoma, WA 98405 for the total sum of $139,553.02 with interest thereon at the rate of 12.000% per annum from April 1, 2013. The Property situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, is legally described as: LOTS 18 AND 19 IN BLOCK 5 OF CATLIN'S ADDITION TO TACOMA, W.T., AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS AT PAGE 73, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR; SITUATE IN THE CITY OF TACOMA, COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs.
