The State of Washington to the said ESTATE OF ROBERT CHITTOCK; THE HEIRS AND SUCCESSORS OF ROBERT CHITTOCK; AND ALL OTHERS HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE DEED OF TRUST RECORDED UNDER PIERCE COUNTY RECORDING NUMBER 201305010639.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 3rd day of November, 2022, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, to quiet title to Plaintiff for the property located in Pierce County commonly known as Tax Parcel Nos. 0420205007 and 0420202047, (“Subject Property”), legally described as,

BEGINNING AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1 IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST OF THE W.M., THENCE SOUTH ALONG EAST TINE OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 1, 660 FEET TO NORTHEAST CORNER OF PREMISES CONVEYED TO FOSTER B. KEERAN AND ERNESTINE H. KEERAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, BY DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S FEE NO. 1542575; THENCE WEST ALONG NORTH LINE OF SAID PREMISES 231 FEET TO SOUTHEAST COREER OF PREMISES CONVEYED TO CALVIN E. AUCH AND BEATRICE AUCH, BY DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S FEE NO. 1599361; THENCE NORTH ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID AUCH PREMISES, 660 FEET TO NORTH LINE OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 1; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE 231 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

EXCEPT THE NORTH SIXTEEN FEET THEREOF FOR GALE COUNTY ROAD (NOW 48TH STREET EAST).

Parcel B: LOT THREE OF PIERCE COUNTY SHORT PLAT RECORDED APRIL 24, 1984 UNDER RECORDING NO. 8404240301, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

and declare that any claims against Defendants are forever barred and that they have no further rights, title, or interest in the subject property.
