For Judgment in the amount of rent, utility or maintenance costs which accrue during the time the Premises are unlawfully or forcibly detained; 4. For interest accruing on all unpaid sums; 5. For recovery of plaintiff's costs, disbursements and reasonable attorney's fees. 6. For such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable. If you want to defend against this lawsuit, you must respond to the complaint by stating your defense in writing, and serve a copy upon the person signing this summons on or before the date stated above in this summons, or a default judgment may be entered against you without notice. You must respond in writing even if no case number has been assigned by the court yet. You can respond to the complaint in writing by delivering a copy of a notice of appearance or answer to your landlord's attorney by personal delivery, mailing, or facsimile to the address or facsimile number stated below TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE STATED ABOVE.
