City Council members are scheduled May 15 to hear a presentation from Public Works staff in regard to completing the design and construction of the facilities for Urban Waters on property which was recently purchased on the east side of the Thea Foss Waterway. The presentation will review the alternative financing, construction methods and a recommendation for moving forward with the most cost-effective and timely process. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
