The City Council is scheduled to hear the first reading of the 2007-2008 mid-biennium budget adjustments during the Dec. 4 meeting. The 2007-2008 budget amendments include appropriating funds for contract obligations, transfers and other budget adjustments. Council members are also scheduled to hear the first reading of an ordinance that would approve the 2008-2013 Capital Facilities Program. This program amends the Capital Facilities Element of the Comprehensive Plan and replaces the 2007-2012 Capital Facilities Program.
