City of Tacoma engineers continue to work with the Washington State Department of Transportation and a contractor to determine the best way to repair the Eells Street Bridge over the Puyallup River, which connects Puyallup Avenue in Tacoma with Pacific Highway South in Fife. The bridge, which was damaged when a truck collided with it on May 18, is likely to remain closed through today.
