Internationally renowned singer/actor Tony La Stella will perform two short concerts in the Tacoma Mall on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
These benefit performances will preview his new hit song America Be Strong. All proceeds will go to help victims families of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
A national tour to support this effort will take place over the next few months, where La Stella plans on distributing up to a million free compact discs to Americans across the country.
La Stella is one of the top up-and-coming tenors today. An American of Italian decent from the New York area, he splits his time between his Manhattan apartment and his home in Edmonds, Wash. when not on the road performing.
