Vickie Lackman has accepted the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bates Technical College, according to a statement released today by president David Borofsky.
Lackman has served as the Director of Human Resources at Bates since April of last year, and brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to the college. She holds a BA in Music from Pacific Lutheran University, a BS in Education from Montana State University, and a Masters in Organizational Development and Behavior Management from California Pacific University, San Diego.
