Tacoma Public Schools will celebrate the opening of the new $31 million, 119,000-square-foot Baker Middle School on Fri., Jan. 27 with an open house that begins at 6 p.m. The event will include students, alumni, staff members and friends, as well as a special program to highlight Baker Middle School’s history and celebrate the new school.
