Albers Mill building sold

The Thea Foss Development Authority last week finalized the sale of the Albers Mill building to Anchorage-based Heritage Properties for nearly $695,000.

The Albers Mill project is a residential and commercial historic undertaking located on the Thea Foss Waterway, in the new “Museum District” of Tacoma.

The signing of the William Traver Gallery as a tenant helped to seal the deal. The project is adjacent to the Museum of Glass and is near the new Tacoma Art Museum building under construction and the Washington History Museum.

The Albers Mill building was constructed in 1904.
