City Council members are scheduled to consider a resolution Oct. 30 that would authorize an agreement with the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department for $470,000, budgeted from the General Fund, to administer the Citys Youth Violence Prevention Initiative. If approved, the agreement would include contracting with youth violence prevention evidence-based programs.
