Base Bids and Subcontractor List will be received and stamped in on Form of Bid until 2:00 PM on May 10, 2016, then opened and publicly read following the time set for receipt. Estimated construction cost: $585,000. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held on April 27, 2016 at Foss High School, 2112 S. Tyler Street, Tacoma, WA 98405 at 1:00 P.M. Beginning April 19, 2016 a maximum of two (2) sets of drawings and specifications may be obtained by each General Contractor Bidder at the offices of ARC Document Solutions, 632 Broadway, Tacoma, Washington 98402, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, upon depositing the sum of $200.00 payable to Tacoma School District No. 10 for each set of documents.
