2013-2014 Community Services Funding Recommendations On Tuesday, December 11th at approximately 5:30pm, the Tacoma City Council will conduct a public hearing on the Human Services Commission's recommendations for the 2013-2014 funding of human services programs through the City's Community Services fund. The City of Tacoma has appropriated funding according to the strategic priorities identified in the City's 2010-2014 Human Services Strategic Plan.
